Open Air offers 900 square feet of open floor space with filtered light and an operable skylight. This room features a high-fidelity sound system with subwoofer and ipad control for immersive and powerful listening experiences, projector and screen, and access to an adjacent 400 square foot breakout room. Choose from flexible floor seating options, including individual pads and blankets for floor work. Tables and tea kettle are available for this room, and instructors have access to a shared Teacher’s Lounge. For our opening year, full day rentals start at $650/day, with discounts available for non-profits, BIPOC-led organizations, and early bookings.

Public Transit
Bus lines and Capital Corridor Train are within just a few blocks. Nearest BART station is North Berkeley, a short bike-ride or ride service away. Plan your public transit route here.
Bike
Neighborhood ‘bike boulevards’ are nearby, as are rentable bike shares (Bay Wheels), and bicyclists will find plenty of on-site bike parking.
Driving & Parking
Just six blocks off I-80, we’re easily accessibly from the highway. Street parking is available on 4th and 5th streets, between Addison and Dwight Way. No parking is allowed in in the residential corridors on 7th street. Ride-sharing is encourged.
Restaurants & Nature
You’ll find a rich variety of cafés, casual eateries, and restaurants within walking distance. And just four blocks from the site lie walking trails along the bay, inviting you to slow down, ground, and breathe in nature.
Where to Stay
For our out-of-town guests, there are several small bed-and-breakfast options and boutique guesthouses in and around West Berkeley. Also nearby is the historic Hotel Durant or Berkeley City Club.
