Our group spaces are designed for training, therapy intensives, workshops, and healing circles. Each room offers unique features such as natural light, AV systems, breakout rooms, or flexible seating so you can choose the right space for your group’s needs. Within each of our classrooms, layouts can easily be tailored to support a variety of activities.

Our Address
We are located in the heart of West Berkeley. Clients will find practitioner offices at our 830 Bancroft Way entrance, and group workshops at our 6th Street entrance. Parking is limited, please review our transportation guidelines for to avoid late arrivals and parking fines in residential areas.
Public Transit
Bus lines and Capital Corridor Train are within just a few blocks. Nearest BART station is North Berkeley, a short bike-ride or ride service away. Plan your public transit route here.
Bike
Neighborhood ‘bike boulevards’ are nearby, as are rentable bike shares (Bay Wheels), and bicyclists will find plenty of on-site bike parking.
Driving & Parking
If you have to arrive by car, we are six blocks off I-80. Street parking is available on 4th and 5th streets, between Addison and Dwight Way. No parking is allowed in in the residential corridors on 7th streets and beyond. Ride-sharing is encouraged. Please review our transportation guidelines to avoid parking fines and late arrivals.
Restaurants & Nature
You’ll find a rich variety of cafés, casual eateries, and restaurants within walking distance. And just four blocks from the site lie walking trails along the bay, inviting you to slow down, ground, and breathe in nature.
Where to Stay
For our out-of-town guests, there are several small bed-and-breakfast options and boutique guesthouses in and around West Berkeley. Also nearby is the historic Hotel Durant or Berkeley City Club.
