Root and Bloom Institute features 13 practitioner offices with private entrance on Bancroft Way, available April 1, 2026. Work within a community of practitioners with shared values, in spaces specifically designed for holistic therapy, including somatic and expanded states work.
Office features include:
Newly constructed offices within historic West Berkeley building
Private entrance and waiting room for office clients
Group therapy rooms available on site, discounted rates for office tenants
Secured building, clients use smartphone or keypad to enter
Newly built bathrooms with ADA and private stalls
Extra sound-proofing between office walls
Shared kitchenette and outdoor lunch area
Bicycle friendly neighborhood, secure bike parking, prizes for riding to work
Utilities and internet included
Secure USPS mailbox for each office
Optional community building activities among office tenants

Hold your next training or group therapy experience at Root and Bloom Institute. With four newly remodeled classrooms with soft and natural lighting, choose the key features you need including hi-fidelity audio and video systems, breakout rooms, flexible floor seating options, individual pads and blankets for floor work, kitchenette, and art room. Room sizes range from 600 to 2900 square feet to meet your individual group needs.
